These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the SpideyMC Store and any purchases you make through it. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from the SpideyMC Store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this store.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to make a purchase, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users under applicable age of digital consent in their jurisdiction must have guardian approval before purchasing.

3. Digital Products

All items sold (ranks, crate keys, coins, bundles, cosmetics) are virtual, non-physical goods delivered to the Minecraft account (UUID) associated with the username provided at checkout.

4. Ordering & Payment

Orders are placed through WhatsApp or Discord, not through an automated checkout on this website. A team member confirms your order and arranges payment directly with you. Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise noted, and you are responsible for any currency conversion or transaction fees on whatever payment method you agree to use.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the instant, digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once delivered. Refunds may be granted at our discretion for duplicate charges, failed delivery, or as required by applicable consumer protection law.

6. Account & Server Conduct

Purchases do not exempt you from the SpideyMC server rules. Rank perks and cosmetics may be revoked without refund if your account is banned for cheating, exploiting, or violating server rules.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 24/7 uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the server or store. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.

8. Changes to Products & Prices

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or reprice any product at any time. Changes will not retroactively affect items already delivered to your account.

9. Limitation of Liability

SpideyMC and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the store or server, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SpideyMC's operating entity is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
